I take inventory of my life often. You should too.

Life is busy. We are pulled in different directions. Then all of a sudden you are in a habit that feels like it snuck up on you!

Here are the ways you can take inventory of your life right now:

1. Is my energy high? What did I do yesterday that supported me or that I noticed affected my energy?

2. Are my morning and evening behaviors supporting who I want to be on the field?

3. Are there any activities, behaviors, or habits that I am doing now that are not sustainable?

4. Is there anything that I ignored because I was busy that pops into my head as a continued irritation now? 

Life is a constant calibration and then recalibration. If you keep a close eye on this, then you will prioritize self care which means a better life for you and all you love.
